The Process, Step by Step
Download the App & Create an Account
Sign up with your email and add your vehicle details — make, model, year, and fuel type. We support regular unleaded, premium, and diesel.
Set Your Delivery Location
Enter the address where your car will be parked — your home, apartment complex, or workplace. You can save multiple locations and switch between them any time.
Choose a Delivery Window
Pick a 2-hour window that works for you. Overnight windows are our most popular — schedule before bed and wake up with a full tank.
We Fuel Your Vehicle
A Kinetic certified driver arrives during your window with a licensed fuel transport vehicle, opens your fuel door (no key needed for most vehicles), and fills your tank to the level you specified.
Get a Receipt & Move On
You'll receive a push notification and email receipt showing gallons delivered, fuel grade, and total cost. That's it — no trip to the station, no waiting in line.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be present when my car is fueled?
No. Your car just needs to be parked at the address you provided with the fuel door accessible. No key handoff required.
Is it safe to fuel a parked car?
Yes. Our drivers are trained and certified in mobile fuel delivery, following all state and local fire safety codes. We use DOT-compliant transport vehicles and follow a strict safety checklist on every delivery.
What if my fuel door is locked?
Most vehicles with a standard fuel door release lever inside the cabin just need the door unlocked slightly — we provide instructions in the app for your specific vehicle. If yours requires a key, we'll note that and work with you.
What fuel types do you carry?
We carry regular unleaded (87), mid-grade (89), premium (93), and diesel. You select the grade in the app when you schedule.
What areas do you serve?
We're launching in Harford County, Maryland in August 2025, with plans to expand to surrounding counties in 2026.
How is fuel priced?
Fuel is billed at the current market rate at time of delivery — similar to what you'd pay at a local station. The delivery fee ($3 for subscribers, $12 for pay-per-use) is the only extra charge.
